My Value Proposition

The following is a value proposition that I wrote for Praxis as a way to practice writing and pitching myself to companies 🙂

I wrote it for a small business in my area, but to keep their privacy, I am not including their name or the link to the sample website I created for them.  It would ideally be sent as an email.

Hello!

I have been to your restaurant a few times and I absolutely love it!  Your food is amazing, and the service is phenomenal.

However, I noticed that your website isn’t as appealing as it could be, and your social media presence seems to be lacking.

I want to help you modernize your website and make it easier for people to find you online by doing two things:

  1. Sprucing up your website to make it more attractive to prospective customers. Specifically, I would make your homepage more visually appealing and less overwhelming as there is a lot of information presented there!  Here is an example (the link would normally be here), and here is my website.
  2. Managing your Facebook page and gain more followers that turn into customers. The best way I know how to gain more followers through social media is through blog posts, pictures, and videos.  Right now, you have seasonal announcements and no official Facebook page.  I can create one for you and manage it.  Here is an example of a successful fundraising campaign I did, and also the Facebook page I currently manage.

I would love to do these two things for you guys at no charge for the first month.  I am just starting out in the professional world and it would be a good experience for me to have, plus your restaurant deserves all of the business it can get!
